TOOLS

Tools

Here are some of the tools we'll use together to enhance your daily operations.

Responsive websites
...created using proven customer conversion tactics and a scientific approach rather than guessing, “what works” and ”what doesn’t work.”

This is an approach to web design aimed at crafting sites to provide an optimal viewing and interaction experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling—across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors to mobile phones to smart watches).

A site designed with RWD adapts the layout to the viewing environment by using fluid, proportion-based grids, flexible images, and CSS3 media queries, an extension of the @media rule, in the following ways:[
  • The fluid grid concept calls for page element sizing to be in relative units like percentages, rather than absolute units like pixels or points.[6]
  • Flexible images are also sized in relative units, so as to prevent them from displaying outside their containing element.[7]
  • Media queries allow the page to use different CSS style rules based on characteristics of the device the site is being displayed on, most commonly the width of the browser.

Enterprise-level management tools

Robust admin settings give you total command over users, devices, security and more. Your data always belongs to you, and it goes with you if you switch solutions.

Mind Mapping

A mind map is a diagram used to visually organize information. A mind map is often created around a single concept, drawn as an image in the center of a blank landscape page, to which associated representations of ideas such as images, words and parts of words are added. Major ideas are connected directly to the central concept, and other ideas branch out from those.

Structure information

Mind maps can store and structure vast amounts of information. They display hierarchy, show relationships between single topics and enable you to see the “big picture” at a glance. These features also make mind maps an ideal tool to present complex information to others.

Enhance productivity

Mind mapping enables you to learn faster, communicate more efficiently and brainstorm more effectively. No matter if you’re coordinating a project at work or writing a scientific paper - mind mapping will help you save tremendous amounts of time.

Get creative

There are two things that make mind maps the best brainstorming tool out there. One: The act of developing a mind map stimulates our brain like no other technique and fosters a creative flow of ideas. Two: Mind maps allow us to transcribe those ideas with incredible speed, making for a virtually frictionless thought organization.

Memorize and recall

Mind maps present information visually. They feature a number of mental triggers such as pictures, colors, shapes and connections which help our brain process and memorize large amounts of information.
